The Winds of Change program
Digital technology is influencing every facet of life: interactions, commerce, work, entertainment, and so on. What skills will be needed in this new digital world? How will people create, share, and contribute to the digital economy? Neutrinos seeks to answer these questions through its Winds of Change program.

Who we impact
Uninitiated youth
Instituted in 2019 for the South African youth lacking college education, the program imparts knowledge, making young people ready to be active contributors to the digital economy, and bring their passion to life.
Students
These 4-day workshops aimed at 9th graders aim to impart curiosity and use digital thinking to solve problems. With a structured framework, students can give shape to their imagination: from ideation to conceptualization and design.
College students
We organise ideations and mentoring sessions where students pitch their startup ideas and receive inputs from a panel of professionals drawn from various industries. Winners are awarded seed funding and further mentoring opportunities.
Early stage entrepreneurs
We partner with startup ecosystems such as The Indus Enterprises and Karnataka Digital Economy Mission to reach students and early-stage startups and innovators. We provide them with mentorship and idea development support.
Today's developers
Neutrinos provides a range of developer training avenues, including certification programs. Our empaneled training partner network provides classroom-based trainings in multiple locations, as well as online self-paced trainings.
